ESAE membership is open to students, professionals, researchers, educators, and organizations involved in agricultural engineering and related fields in Ethiopia. This includes agricultural engineers, agricultural mechanization specialists, irrigation engineers, post-harvest technologists, and related professionals.
You can apply for membership online through our registration page. The process involves: 1) Selecting your membership category, 2) Providing personal and professional information, 3) Uploading required documents (CV, certificates), 4) Making payment, and 5) Receiving confirmation within 3-5 business days.
Student members need proof of enrollment. Professional members need copies of educational certificates and CV. Corporate members need business registration and letter of authorization. All applicants need a recent passport photo and valid ID.
Yes, you can upgrade your membership at any time. Student members can upgrade to Professional upon graduation. The difference in membership fees will be prorated based on the remaining membership period.
Membership renewal notices are sent 30 days before expiration. You can renew online through your member portal, via bank transfer, or at ESAE offices. Early renewal discounts are available for renewing 60 days before expiration.
